So back in February I ordered 2 beco carriers off of the http://mamabargains.comand I STILL do not have them!!! They shipped them and the last scan was in WA state...I live in IA. I called mamabargains a few times and they really could care less in my opinion they said once it ships it is out of their hands and basically sorry about your luck. I have been going on and on with with USPS I have filed multiple lost item claims with USPS and they basically said since the sender did not get insurance that they will refund me even though it is their issue and mamabargains is saying they do not refund so I paid $150 and I have NOTHING!! I am going to my bank tomorrow to see what I can do. I am SUPER PIST!!!

definitely dispute the charges
i hope you used your credit not debit card, much easier to dispute

That sucks!

I have been going through a similar thing with UPS. They "delivered" a package yesterday and it is NOT at out house. The tracking says delivered to the front porch. I think they maybe delivered it to one of our neighbors because our house is kinda hidden and there is a road that it is hard to tell which road is which. I am mad because I called them and they said that Amazon will deal with it. Fine. I just wanted them to at least check with the driver and find out where exactly he delivered it. If he said for sure I would knock on their door! I went out and looked on everyone's porch, lol but I didn't see it. What gets me mad is UPS delivers here ALL the time. The driver knows our house so they must have switched drivers, hopefully he's just on vacation. I am scared to order anything again because if they won't even tell the driver, he probably doesn't even know which house is ours so he will keep doing it!!

Sorry to threadjack, I am super pissed too so I know how you feel! Your situation is worse because no one is helping you. Amazon said that if by Monday it doesn't turn up they will issue me a full refund.

I would file a Complaint with Better Business. I would also post reviews online. I am not into false negative reviews. However if someone is like that then the public deserves to know.

I once had someone steal a package off my porch of toddler bedding. 70 bucks and it sucked bad

Ugh! I remember you ordering them, cuz I wanted one too but they were sold out. That totally sucks that you have to deal with this now!!

i'd definitely threaten to dispute the charges to see if they'll refund your money.

we once ordered an elliptical from amazon, and it was delivered to the wrong house. UPS couldn't find it, so amazon refunded us. Then the neighbor who had already put it together had a guilty moment and returned it to us.

I hope you can get the charges refunded. Someone should be responsible and it definitely should not be you.

Really it is USPS fault they messed up and sent the package to WA state and the lost it or someone stole it within the system. It just sucks that mamabargains is not willing to refund. I will be blasting this all over the internet shortly!! Sometimes as a business you just take a loss for customer satisfaction! I think I'm going to contact beco too just to let them know how their vendor is doing business. I have a really big mouth

That seriously stinks! I have used mama bargains before and haven't had any issues. That isn't cool that they won't take any responsibility or try to help in any way.
