Thought it would be fun to make a list of odd things we can no longer do (easily):

When I am driving, turning to look to backup. Using the car mirrors a whole lot more lately.

Get my laundry out of our top loader! It is belly height and I can no longer reach to the bottom. Sorry DH, guess you're on laundry duty for a while

Laundry...and that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I pulled a groin muscle, so I haven't been doing much.

I have a waddle/limp now.

I've had a waddle/limp since I was 4 months pregnant because of SI joint/lower back pain. Isn't pregnancy great? lol.

Retrieve my son's matchbox cars from under the couch, bed, train table..... I noticed last night I am starting to get more uncomfortable getting down on the floor with him or

Wear heels. Well, I can still wear them, but I pulled the pregnant card and said my feet were too swollen by the end of the day

I have a few things:

*Pick Jaleigh up out of the bathtub. She CAN crawl out just fine but she used to like me to pick her up but it hurts my belly and back waaaay too much now
*Retrieve the guinea pig from under the bed. Our guinea pig likes to run around in J's room while I clean his cage. He likes going under the bed because its dark and makes him feel safe. I used to be able to crawl under there no problem but now it next to impossible.
*Shave my lady parts I'm about to have to start asking DF for help

Getting up from the chaise part on our couch. If I sit there towards the end of the day, it has to be on the edge.

Walking at the same pace as hubby.

Reaching up to hang clothes or to get them down from above the washer/dryer.

eat an evening snack, even if I am hungry. If I do, I will get way too much reflux

Walk without a waddle or get off the couch without help. I'm just being stubborn about dishes or bathing the kids- I'm too tired to deal with it by the end of the day.

I can't get into the bottom shelf of the fridge anymore and lifting Gabriel has become impossible. He is just too heavy...

Buckling my seat belt is getting so difficult. I'm out of breath by the time I finally get it. If I have someone with me I have them do it for me. Also, shaving my legs and *other things* is nonexistent. I'm glad I can't see that part of myself anymore.

Most of the things I can't do are at work. We have a laundry chute and I can't get at the stuff in the bottom anymore. There's also one bathtub that I can't clean because the toilet is too close to it and my belly won't let me lean over the side. I can't paint my own toenails either. I did then at 28 weeks and thought, well, the next time I'll have to get a real pedicure, lol. I can still shave my legs but it certainly isn't fun. I've given up on my lady parts; now I just trim while looking in the mirror. It's not like anyone but my hippie midwives will be down there anytime soon, anyway.

Most other things I can handle just fine. We had to finally get a real bed frame for DD (she was just on a twin mattress on the floor after moving out of the crib) because I just couldn't get down there and back up easily anymore.

Walking like I don't have a stick up my butt.

Also, getting in and out of my small car is getting tricky. I do a lot of that for work, and it's starting to suck.

Putting Hailey in her crib has been an issue for a bit now.
Painting my toes or shaving leaves me breathless now.
Bending over to pick up toys isn't fun.
