For you FTM's....and a reminder for the BTDT moms Funny, and informative!

I wish I'd read this before DD was born so I would have known what to expect! I think I experienced ALL of these, and I didn't know that any of them were going to happen to me.

Those are so true. I lost so much hair after giving birth to DD, I thought for sure I would go bald.

Dont be afraid. I actually find aside from the bleeding and the pooping thing my time postpartum to actually be beautiful. The other hormones that fill your body after your body is here is one of love and adrenaline. Hormones that they call the love hormone its to help you bond and fall in love with your baby.

I didn't have any poo issues afterwards. With my first, i had a lot of stitches. a donut pillow was helpful. One day i made DH look down there before my stitches dissolved. He agreed that i looked like Frankenstein down below. After my second, I felt awesome just days later. I was a little swollen but overall really good. No stitches, it was a breeze

I remember the first poop. It was scary and I think I cried.

I read her friend Megan's Birth story and I am in complete awe!
