I know that more than a few of us are suffering from this. I had it horrible in the left side for almost two weeks, then one day it was just gone. I only had relief for about a week before my right side started up. It's been at least two weeks now and I still can barely walk. I dread going anywhere because I hobble and it takes forever. I'm seriously getting to a breaking point. What kills me is that the baby is on my left side, so how can she be causing it?
Any suggestions for getting it to ease up? I've tried all the exercises and stretches, different sleeping positions and hot showers. Nothing seems to be helping.
chiropractor!! I've been going to one every couple of weeks for the past month or so, I love chiros! I wish I had a chiro friend so I didn't have to pay HA HA!! I actually never had sciatic pain until recently. It was after helping move boxes and setup my grandma's apartment and I was in horrible pain for 2-3 days. Laying down actually made it worse, I could barely sleep! And then it just went away and hasn't come back since. But I have chronic lower back pain that always acts up when I'm pregnant, so the chiro helps with that as well!
