Sat down with DH for a minute earlier and pressed him to make a decision between 4 different spellings. By then I was really leaning towards "Emeline" but between Emeline, Emmeline, Emaline, and Emmaline if this is a girl the name will be spelled Emmaline. Thanks for giving me your input That's one less thing we have to do before baby comes.
Our girl name choice is "Emmaline Juniper". Emmaline is one of those names that has morphed over time and was originally spelled either "Emeline" or "Emaline" in the old days.
I don't like "Emeline" much and I don't think DH does either.
So, my question is: With the middle name "Juniper" Which spelling looks better to you?
*As a side note, We found out last week that DH's G-ma's Gma (So, this baby's Great, great, great Gma) was named Emaline. And DH's G-ma's OTHER G-ma was named "Emma". So, that just makes the decision even harder. I know I don't want to wait until we get to the hospital and I'm on loopy pain meds to decided which spelling we prefer.
