If you have had a baby you know that point...you are doing okay. You are hanging in there and just counting down the days until your due date, trying to tell yourself you could go later...you are patient enough. Then it hits all the sudden...you are DONE! Lol. It hit me last night. With my son it hit around 36/37 weeks and I had him at 38 weeks. I am 35 weeks today and last night I was trying to get comfortable on the couch and put ds to sleep and I couldn't breath or get comfortable ( the couch is like a hole sometimes) and the feeling hit. I was in tears...and done.

The bad part this time is that it is hitting before I actually want this baby to come. I really want to make it to full term..I don't want any complications or possible hospital stays for this little one like DS. So, I might be done, but I hope she hangs in there until she is healthy and ready to handle life outside the womb without any issues! If she goes overdue I will probably be in tears everyday lol. Pregnancy is awesome for me until this point. I can handle the nausea and all of that...but when I hit the DONE point...life gets rough. Poor DH!

I'm only 32 weeks and I feel this way already. I don't want him to come this early but I'd rather he come at say 38 weeks versus the 41 weeks that DD came at.

Its an annoying feeling becasue on one hand you don't want them to come early and you want them to be as healthy as possible but really couldn't there be a better design to all of this with a pregnancy lasting a lot less time? That would be great. Elephants are pregnant for 22 months so I guess we don't have it THAT bad but seriously I never felt like this with DD except maybe a couple of days before I had her, and this time I just want pregnancy to be over already weeks before it should be

Lol..I guess its a sort of a miserable/excited time. For me it seems to mean that the baby will come soon enough ( though hopefully not too soon) so that's exciting...but it also means that you feel miserable and are just waiting...and waiting. I do like the fact that when you get to this point all fears or worries of labor leave and you just feel ready to get it done. Guess that's why God made us feel this way!

I'm over it, too. I don't want her to get here before she's ready, but boy I hope she's ready soon after we hit 37 weeks!

I'm almost 36 weeks and this feeling hit me this week for the first time. I am done! Miserable with heartburn and exhaustion and pain. I'm so ready. I'm already looking at all my symptoms like ....is this it?... am I going into labor? Lol

I am done. It hit me pretty hard last night. Baby had hiccups for seriously the 3rd time within a few hours, there was a foot up my ribcage, I had heartburn and a horrible backache. I was seriously miserable.

Stick a fork in me. I am done. Ready to meet my baby. I am hoping to hold out to full term, but I am pretty sure at 37 weeks I am going to start praying he comes and doesn't make me wait until my c-section date!

I've hit that point, too. With all of the achiness and the heartburn. Yup, I'm over it.

I've hit that point too. I'm physically miserable and my belly is bigger than it has ever been. I'm sick of people's crappy comments when they find out how much longer I have. Most important, I'm done feeling crazy. Pregnancy hormones do not treat me well in general. I'm always back and forth between happy, grouchy, and depressed. Add to that my physical misery, and I'm always an emotional trainwreck by this point. I'm so very done with all of it.
