Is anyone else in this boat trying to get a stubborn baby to flip over? I read over the spinning babies website last Wednesday after I found out she was breech at my 3D u/s and I have been trying the techniques since. The inversion thing, lying upside down on an ironing board, the open knee/chest thing, and the hot pack/cold pack thing. She is STILL straight upside down. I had a hot minute that I thought she had turned and then realized it was just the start of a BH. So frustrating. Anyone else?

Keep trying the exercises they worked for quite a few of us here. And it can take a few weeks. But usually they don't try external version til 36-37 weeks anyway. Try not to stress!

We talked about it a week ago (breech baby was in the subject). My angel was breech too, using spinning babies and Webster technique at chiropractor, she's moved to almost head down/transverse lie.
