I just tripped over a curb and fell, straight on my belly, but I did brace myself pretty good. I feel alright besides my hands and knees hurting. Should I go ahead and call the dr or wait and see how I feel?
I called and the on call doc said as long as baby is moving like usual and I don't have any major injuries, it's not necessary to go in. I have an appointment on Tuesday so I'll mention it to her then.
Crazy that you posted this....I fell last night. Off two wet stairs out front of my house. ...I landed on my hands and knees but called the nurse anyway to see what she would say - I was worried.
She told me that everything should be fine since I didn't fall on my belly or my side...so maybe you should get checked out just in case.
She also told me that it was okay to take some Tylenol , relax and as long as I didn't have any spotting or contractions that everything seems okay to her.
How are you feeling? Are you okay?
I lost the main diamond in my engagement ring (i landed with the back of my hand down), scrapped my knee up and my lower tummy is a little sore today (i think from trying to catch myself)
Other than some soreness, I feel pretty good. No spotting or contractions here, so I think I'm safe. I do have a major increase in pelvic pressure though, but I just figured that's baby settling down further into my pelvis.
