Today in the mail I got 3 packages
I got my new maxi dresses in blue & black for after the babies are born
Merona® Women's Cascade Ruffle Bodice Dress ... : Target

My new breast pump from insurance.
Ameda Purely Yours® Breast Pump with Carry All | Ameda.com

And some more prefolds from the GMD seconds sale. I bought a dozen nb seconds & a dozen premie that were regular. I wanted to buy more larger sizes but they only had nb left in stock.

So all in all a pretty good day!

Nothing better than getting things in the mail that do not include junk or bills.

I am jealous some of your ladies are getting your breast pumps. My insurance won't allow me to "order" mine until AFTER baby is born which means I have to call after delivery and tell them I had the baby so they can send me one which could then take a week to get in mail

Sounds like a good haul. I love getting mail! Well, other than the bills of course

I am jealous that you got a breast pump because I called my insurance company (Anthem) and they said they will not cover my breastpump unless I had a baby in NICU or inverted nipples.

Then, I spoke to a nurse and they said that I should call them back and speak to someone else because that did not sound right.

The understanding that I have is the the new health insurance mandate includes a breast pump. You need to get a script from your doctor. You could need to call your insurance and speak to several people. Our insurance continually was unsure. Ask them specifically what they cover under the mandate. If you use that word you should get to someone who knows.

My insurance only covers a single electric. Almost useless to me, seeing as I'll be going back to work and doing lots of pumping. That's great that you got such a good pump. And the dress is beautiful!

My insurance blue cross blue shield fed asked me if I wanted a manual or double electric...hmmmmm hard choice it was!!

If I were you I would take the single electric sell it and use the money for a better pump. Also not sure if you would qualify for WIC but for working moms thy give a medela double electric pump!
