Anyone believe anything about it's link with delivering your baby? I didn't really think much about it but someone mentioned it to me so I looked up the full moon in December 2008 (when DD was born) and I was shocked to see that it was on December 12th, which coincidentally or not is the day my water broke with DD! This Saturday is the full moon so i'm curious to see how many of us will have babies by the end of the weekend
I know with dd the full moon came and went with no baby but I'm not sure about the first 2! I should look it up!!!! Id like to bake another couple weeks though! I do have several friends that have had there babies on full moons though!!
I was born the morning after a full moon, and I was 1 of 14 babies born on that full moon. The maternity ward was so over run that my mother was put in a room that she still describes as a "broom closet" haha.
I never really bought into that, but my stepmom works on a L&D floor and she says every full moon they are packed. I would love to go into labor on Saturday. My doc wants to induce me this weekend or early next week. I'd much rather go on my own.
