The BEST advice I can give is to try sleeping either on a recliner or a couch instead of a bed. You can try it plain on the recliner/couch or do what I do.
I put a thick pillow behind my back and against the armrest. I then put a pillow or two stacked a few feet away. I lay down with my head/chest reclined and my feet propped up so that my legs make a 45 degree or less angle. I then use my boppy pillow to wrap under my arms so that when I shift to side sleep I meet some resistance.
Same position, sans pillow behind my back. Pillows up under my legs all the way to my knees, boppy pillow to allow me to roll more on my side and have some head comfort.
It really, really, does work to help alleviate the majority of the pain!
'Scuse the bad typing, please. 'Breast is Best' but not when browsing the internet!
