So I have been obsessed with Britax products for a while, but now I have a whole new reason to be in love with them. Their customer service is fabulous! Last week, DH had DD in his car in her brand new Boulevard seat (that we had gotten for free as a part of the Registry Rewards promo) and she threw up all over it. I was working at the time. He brought her home and hosed off the car seat. Yes, drenching the entire thing, straps and all, in water. When I got home and he told me that, I flipped out since dousing the straps means that they are completely ruined. We had only had the seat for a week. I called Britax to see if I could order replacement straps and they are sending them to me for free! I was really surprised that they would do that and didn't expect it at all since ruining them was completely DH's fault. (God love him, he had no clue that this was a big no-no.) But they were really wonderful about it. I just had to give them the serial #, batch #, and date of manufacture from the sticker on the seat and they are getting the straps to me at absolutely no cost.
I buy from a company for a quality product, but have excellent customer service and I am a customer for life. So happy. Just thought I would share for anyone else who is as turned on by sweet customer service as I am. A company that will go above and beyond like that deserves my business. I love to share and hear about others' experiences of great customer service since it seems so rare these days.
My DD has a play kitchen set. It had some pieces that got damaged from us moving it around all the time. It is a wooden type material. I ordered the parts I needed online expecting to be charged and they sent me every last part I needed free of change, her kitchen set looks brand new!
