For all that is holy someone help me before I break the doors. I can not get the hard water off of them. I have tried almost everything but maybe someone here knows a trick and my ears are open!

What are you using? I've found that vinegar and dawn dish soap mixed together works wonders for a LOT of different cleaning situations.

I've tried vinegar on its own but not with dawn, lemons, different chemical cleaners, ect. I'll have to try with the dawn.

I spray down the door with vinegar, then sprinkle baking soda on them. Spray again to make a foaming scrub. Let it sit 10min or so and then use a scrub brush to get it off. I have heard the dawn and vinegar works but have never tried it.

No trick here...but once we did get them off( I can't even remember how) we started using a daily spray cleaner after we shower and that has really helped.

It's been awhile since I've had an actual shower with a door, but once we got it cleaned we started using a squeegee on it every day. It helped

What kat said. Vinegar and baking soda together are the best cleaning combo. I use this on the floors to get extra clean or to get any stains even pet stains out of the carpet.

someone on pinterest said dryer sheets?

This is insane!!! Take a used dryer sheet, lightly dampen and wipe down your shower doors!!! I just tried it, and the shower door that I have been putting off cleaning, (because I hate the smell of bathroom cleaner) was shiny and clean in under 2 min!!! I don't know how it works, but WOW!!!

I am skeptical.

However, when you are done, you should consider treating it with rain-x or something?

Blue dawn and vinegar! Works wonders!! We have hard water in AK and I use the dawn and vinegar. Its works so well that DD2 asks me to mix her some for her shower!! 1/2 cup blue dawn and 1/2 hot vinegar. Mix it in a spray bottle. Coat your shower doors and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes (maybe longer depending on how bad it is). Then just use a sponge with a scrubbie. Works like a charm!

I am just lurking but I use S.O.S. pads and it works like a dream as long as they are glass.

I clean our shower door with the tile/all purpose bathroom cleaner, then I go over it with the magic eraser until most of the stuff is off. Anything crazy stubborn and I spray with a vinegar/dawn mix like someone else said. But, usually the magic eraser gets everything off! Rinse and finish off with glass cleaner!

Do you have mean green? We just moved and it worked so well on all kinds of cleaning, including marker and pens off walls. Also, Mrs. Meyers surface scrub is amazing! I used it on my grout and it took all of the dirt off and made it so white, I was amazed!
PS I am just stalking yall from the November DDC lol watching all the babies being born
