I'm sure many of us can relate to the pelvic pressure/pain during the end of pregnancy. The past couple nights when i roll over in bed (which is extremely painful and i only do twice per night) i can hear my bones crack down there! is that normal??? it freaking hurts. i've tried a few different methods of rolling over but the only way i can haul my butt to the other side is to roll onto my back, bend my knees, spread my legs a little (haha), and then lay one leg on top of the other. i put a pregnancy wedge pillow thing between my legs all night. i'm used to the pain but now hearing a "pop" sound when i do it is a little unsettling lol. anyone else?
Yea, I've had that plus A LOT of Round ligament pain and lower uterine pain especially when I sneeze or roll over in bed or try to sit up. I was pretty close to bringing it up with the dr but it has gotten a little better today. Think I may have pulled a muscle or something.
But I have definitely felt/heard some cracking in my pelvis after being stiff for a while.
It is normal. It's your body getting ready to deliver. I haven't had the cracking, but it feels like someone punched me in the va jaja. I asked if his head was on my pubic bone at my last sono and she confirmed that it was.
