Mommies of girls....where do you buy your newborn/baby girl headbands? I've been seeing some really cute ones on Etsy, I don't want to spend a ton but I would like a handful of different headbands for her. I also don't know how to tell if the material will be OK? What are they usually made out of for sensitive newborn heads?

Thanks!

I love TJ Max and Marshalls I purchased a pair of booties with a soft matching headband. Our hospital has a professional photographer who comes to your room to do a photo shoot the day after baby is born. I used it for 5 minutes during part of the shoot. Otherwise, I just use a little hat. It was cute in the photo - but have not used one since. I have nothing against them - just don't really work for us.

Someone had posted haloheaven.com a while back and I got a ton of stuff from there. They have really nice crocheted headbands for CHEAP (a dozen in assorted colors for $3.50) and I also got flower hair clips that I can clip into DD's hair or clip onto the headbands for the new baby. The stuff is super cute and really cheap. I'm guessing they will fit a newborn and stretch to fit based on how they look and feel. If not, I can clip them smaller with the flower clip. They have tons of super cute little girl accessories. I have a second order from them on the way.

my sil bought me some from target...i've seen them at babies r us..and also at once upon a child. roughly $7 for a big one, or for a few smaller ones. Not sure the material though. I'll prb use them for pics but not keep them on for a long period of time, plus i feel like it might get itchy after while. they are super cute tho!

Haloheaven.com I bought baby Ariana a whole bunch of stuff from there and they are so cheap, they're actually having a sale right now. With headbands for like .20 cents. I highly recommend.

With DD I got a bunch cheap from Walmart and target. And some outfits came with matching headbands.

I made most of Gracelyns sweet newborn baby headbands and bought the others all over! I have an addiction to bows.
