I think I have a clogged duct at first I thought my boob was engorged so I tried to pump and only got 1 ounce out and it still felt engorged and nothing else was coming out. Put Ariana on the boob to empty it and it feels hard on one side and soft on the other. What should I do? I hear warm compress and fluids? Help!

Yes put a warm wet washcloth right where the clog or lump is for awhile. And take a hot shower and let the water run over your breast then try pumping right afterwards on that side. That combo usually works for me.

Also take an ibuprofen to reduce swelling so that it's easier to come out. Make sure you aren't wearing bras with underwire

Also massage the boob. If its mastitis you'll develop a fever too. At that point I would not wait to see your doctor.
