I can't get rid of it! I haven't been able to use my cloth diapers at all. And just when I thought it was gone, it came back! BTDT, have you ever used any OTC stuff to use as a topical on the rash? I was doing some reading and research last night and it seems that monistat and lotrimin can be used to treat the rash pretty quickly. I was prescribed a nystatin cream mix at her 1m appt and after about 12 days it was finally clearing up. Then 2 days later it came back! Urgh!! I'm already tired of buying disposable diapers, but I don't want to infect my cloth! Very frustrating!!

Payson had this too. We just used over the counter athletes foot cream and it cleared it up. We did have to treat our cloth but it has not come back. I hope it goes away for you. Are you also treating yourself?

I'm not, because she doesn't have any signs of thrush and I don't seem to have any symptoms either. Is there something OTC that I can take as precaution?

How did you treat your CDs, just in case?

I used 1/4 cup of bleach. I'm not sure what you can take yourself, probiotics might help but I'm not 100%.

We used Lotrimin on Gray and it worked. I also put vinegar in the CD wash to kill the yeast. It worked and we haven't had a problem since
