As some of you know, I ahve been sleeping with Ellianna on my chest for the past month as she will not lay on her back. We are also dealing with reflux. The doc told me two weeks ago to lay her on her belly. For kids with GERD at times it is necessary. We finally gave in. She sleeps so well that way. She only got up twice last night. The little cutie makes noises and scoots from one end of the crib to another. I know it is not a medical device, but I use the Angelcare Monitor. This monitors for breathing and an alarm goes off if there is no movement within 20 seconds. (I had it with all three of my kids. I used to forget to switch it off when I took Alek out of the crib and the alarms would go off when I was half way down the stairs). Ellianna is such a pleasant little girl when she has her Zantac and sleep.
Yay I'm glad you got sleep! Payson is a tummy sleeper and since she can roll onto her belly there is nothing I can do about it. We have her crib attached to our bed. So we bed share but she also has her own space.
