Definitely just go outside for a few minutes and let her cry it out in her swing.
I do this with Aubrey sometimes. She has such a good routine of sleeping in her swing or bouncer at daycare, but at home she refuses at night and all day on the weekends.
If I know her needs are being met, I will put her down and take a shower or just walk away for a bit!
Hope you are doing OK. Ellianna gets those days. She has a day like today where she slept 90% of the day and there was yesterday when she was up from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 last night (with about 3 20 minute naps).
Porter did this last night. He screamed and screamed. He was so very tired, but wouldn't give in. He wouldn't latch or calm down no matter what I did. Finally he wore himself out I guess and he latched and finally fell asleep. But it was rough there for a while!
