my little guys didn't have a rash for the first 10 weeks and just this past week it is starting to get red. Today I noticed a bunch of pimple like rash all over. I use destin or butt paste. Should I use powder?
Could it be due to the brand of diaper?

also his stool is always very loose and runny. We are on formula now. It's always like this. Is this normal?

Some diaper free time should help. If creams don't work it could be yeast.

Porter had this. It wasn't on his butt, but like his lower stomach and above his boy parts. It was a yeast infection rash. The doctor prescribed some ointment we had to put on it. It took like a month to clear up. Yuck.

We are on formula and our poo consistency is like toothpaste. LOL

The only times my kids got rashes was when they were teething. They also got the runs and fevers during this time as well.

Sebastian had fifth's disease once as well....but that was more of a whole body rash. Oh and once he had an allergic reaction to penicilin.

Aubrey is on formula and her stool is not loose and runny so not sure if that is the reason. We are on Similac Advanced.

I agree that it is probably a yeast type infection. Maybe you could put some yeast infection external cream that comes in the womens medicine kit and see if that helps. If not, I would call the doctor.

Hope it gets better!

If its yeast you can use Lotramin on it. We were told Lotramin then Desitin over top with Hailey when she had a yeast rash down there.
