I did when we lived in Arizona...I loved the thrill of getting tons of stuff for so little money.
Upon moving to Canada, I realized that the whole couponing thing doesn't really exist here. You can occasionally find coupons, but they're never very good and they're so few and far between it's not really worth the effort. You just have to learn to shop the sales instead.
I've recently starting cutting the coupons that are relevant to us at the time that I clip them. I don't have the patience to have a whole binder and organize them in a specific way, though. SO LOVES that I started cutting a few coupons and is now all crazy about them, but he keeps wanting to keep ones that will expire before we'll use them. It drives me crazy. haha. Or he'll see a new product that has a great coupon, but I keep reminding him that we A. Don't need it. B. Will never be able to afford getting it without coupons. Or C. We already use/have an equivalent that is much cheaper.
He loves the idea, he just doesn't quite think it all the way through.
Here's some sites for those who want to get started. There's a TON of them out there, maybe more local to your areas. They usually list the sales and what coupons to use to get the most out of it for local and national stores.
