We took Anna to the ER today because she still has a low grade fever and I was really starting to freak myself out. Well, the doctor comes in, looks in her mouth and there they are! They are WAY in the back which is why I couldn't see them. He checked her all over just to be sure, but he showed me her teeth. Poor girl. At least I know what it is and it's nothing to worry about. She's JUST 12 weeks! Not even technically 3 months. I don't know if I should be terrified or proud. Haha.
Strange. I would never have thought to look for back teeth this early on. Hope she mellows soon. I know a couple of people who swear by the Hyland's Teething Tablets. I bought some but haven't needed to use them yet.
Hyland's teething tablets are awesome for this younger age, I hate them for once they get older because they kinda numb their mouth and make them drool more and my older kids freak out about that.
Jaleigh was a super early teether and had a whole mouth full of teeth, 1 year molars and all, by the time she was 9 months. Kiefer was an excruciatingly slow teether and at almost 3 years old just finished cutting his 2 year molars. I'm curious to see which path McKinley will take...
Wow! My Anna didn't get her first tooth until 10 mos. I guess I'll have to wait and see with Lena. I hope she's late, too. The nursing train stops when teeth show up and she will go to all pumped milk in a bottle.
My 3 year old just cut his third 2year molar, still waiting on the 4th one, his other team came in at a normal rate, its just these last ones are lingering, hes much more whiny and mopey now that he can express himself UGH
