I stopped at Gap yesterday afternoon. They had a section marked an additional 40% off and then another 30% if you use your Gap card. Well it was much more off in reality. I have no idea what percentage off the clothing was scanning. All I can say is that I got 4 dresses (real pretty ones - including cordouroy jumper dresses which are appropriate for the fall and winter), a pair of colored jeans, two shorts (onsie shirts), a cardigan sweater, and bloomer pants all for under $28. In fact, I got a gorgeous dressy dress for $2.93 and a matching sweater for $2.93. The jeans were $2.93. The shirts were $1.67. They are even long sleeves. The sale includes items good for fall and winter.
We live between two malls (each about 20-30 minutes). I am running to the other one this morning. I lost a lot of weight with breastfeeding. Nothing fits. I don't want to spend much $ though as the weight returns once I stop breastfeeding. Hey though if I can find a nice outfit for myself for like $10, who cares if I can only wear it one year. I wanted to share in case some other ladies needed clothing and were close to a Gap. They do not have the same sale prices available online.
