I have dreamed about her walking and interacting. Then I get sad that days go so fast.

I've just been thinking about what we wanna do since none of our family lives here. But I haven't though much more about it or figured anything out yet. I don't wanna think too much about him being that big just yet!

Kind of. I started looking at cakes on pinterest. But I've since stopped to work on the girls birthdays that are this month.

Heck no! I am more of a "get through one holiday/birthday/event at a time" kind of person. I'm currently planning Kiefer's 3rd birthday which about a month away (OMG!!!). I've also got to get through Thanksgiving, Christmas, and simultaneously plan our wedding...we are getting married 11 days after her birthday and then just 3 weeks after that is Jordan and Jaleigh's birthdays. I'm freaking out about the logistics and sheer pressure I will be under to pull everything off!

Yes! I'm sort of already planning it. I want to do Thing 1 and Thing 2. I want to have all the major planning done early since their birthday is the end of the school year which is always crazy for me.

Not even close. The first birthday is no big deal to me, just a small family event. When M turned 2 we did a little more but still kept it just to close family. But had a festive cake, party hats, streamers, pinwheels, balloons, and her favorite spaghetti I think it was the greatest day ever for her. She still puts on birthday parties for her toys and sings "happy tirday" to herself and serves cake lol. I think making it too big would have been more overwhelming for her. I am not a big party planner but it made me feel good to give her a memorable 2 year I think whatever we do for G, it will be more about pleasing M she has a lot of opinions now and will have even more by next summer, I am sure!
