I read the first two books and half of the third but I will not see the movie.. The books, in my opinion, were horribly written and I honestly believe that if they hadn't been about sex, they would've been highly criticized for the way they were written.
I read them just to see what all the hype was about. I will probably make DF watch the movie with me when it comes out on DVD but there is no way he or I would pay money to see it in the theater. The books weren't very well written and I imagine the only hype about the movie will be that it is about sex so I'll just wait.
I read the books, but I don't think I will see the movie. The first book was okay, but I got annoyed by the second and third books. It seemed more like a controlling and abusive relationship, and I don't think I can enjoy watching that. We'll see what the reviews are like I guess.
I honestly, JUST finished the third book after having checked it out from the library for over 9 weeks. Sigh... I thought it was horrible. Just honestly, the worst written book I have ever read, LOL. But once I started reading it, I had to finish it, KWIM?
I am curious to see how they will keep the movie R rated. And honestly is there enough plot BESIDES sex in the ENTIRE 3 books for just one movie... I am not sure?
I am sure I will rent it from Redbox when it comes out. Just like I did with Twilight...
JaxonJocelyn Gabriel Grayson and due in September!
