I have!! I participated in a handmade ornament exchange for a craft group I'm in. I whipped this one up pretty quick:

This is pretty much the tutorial I've used for tiny hair clips before, but I just made it bigger and put it on a clothespin instead.

I am going to try to crochet some garland for our tree, but have not done it yet. I am still working on a scarf I want to finish first. Our tree isn't up yet so I still have time!

This is what I've done so far. Not sure if I'll be making anything else, I have 2 more glass ornaments to wrestle Arthur to make. I don't have any online tutorials really, I have a recipe for dough ornaments I found online somewhere and printed, if people are interested, I'll post that link if I can find it again.

What do you use to paint the mug so it stays?

I used ceramic paint and paint pens and then I bake it in the oven at 325 for an hour.

Did you need any special type of mug. I got one - hoping that it does not break if I place it in the oven.

No, any mug should do. I got the one I used at Hobby Lobby, but last year I did plates that I got from the dollar tree.

Just made a mug and plate - how cute and easy. Except Elli wanted to keep moving her foot.
