Oh man. As soon as my pumping schedule calmed down I was knocking them back, lol. My husband brews hard cider so we drink that the most. Last night I made myself a sangria I enjoy a few beverages now and again, about 3-5 a week.

I definitely have. I have a glass of wine 2-4 times a week. Just once small glass of red wine but I love it. I was at a wedding and had a cosmopolitan a few months ago. I pumped and then drank it. Just then waited 4 hours until pumping again (supposedly it dissipates within the system in 2 hours and there is no reason to pump and dump).

I just got a Vitamix for Christmas (wow - who would have thought when we were young that I could get excited about an expensive blender for a Christmas present). There is a recipe in it for frozen cosmopolitans. Having one when Ellianna goes to bed. I make them heaving on the cranberry and light on the alcohol (as just two glasses of wine puts me out).

Yep. I'll have an occasional hard cider or small glass of red wine. I don't pump and dump for those. I did go to a concert one night a few months ago and had way too much beer. I had DH feed Henry a bottle that night because I was still buzzed to nurse.

I'll have a glass of wine here and there. I have gotten a slight buzz once so most cases I have no need to hold off on nursing.

Sure. I'll have a beer or two or a glass of wine. No pumping and dumping here.

I've had a few here and there. Nothing that would effect nursing.

Yep, I'm probably having 2-4 drinks per week - like the others said, nothing that would interfere with breastfeeding.

I read the title of the post and made myself a glass of wine before responding! I have a glass of wine a few nights a week usually. Thanksgiving I had made a pitcher of sangria which was awesome, the occasional beer or mixed drink at a restaurant, but usually it's just a glass or 2 of wine.

Oh yes wine and I are pretty good friends. After my last feeding of the night I have glass of wine a few nights a week or a beer/cider while I'm cooking dinner. Nothing that affects nursing.
