I was thinking that January 2013 was when many of us were finding out gender (1/31/13 for us).

1) Did you find out before delivery?
2) Was the doc correct?
3) Did you feel gender disappointment?
4) How do you feel about the gender now? Will you try again?

Here is go:
I found out Ellianna would be a girl for the first time on 1/31/13. That u/s and the 5 additional ones were all correct.
I always wanted a daughter in life. I was very excited.
Now - to tell the truth - boy or girl, all babies are pretty much the same I dress her in all pink and surround her with frilly things. She picks the firetruck as a toy I look forward to doing mother daughter things in the future though. I cannot imagine life without my boys though. I am truly luck to experience sons and a daughter.

We never found out while i was pregnant. I honestly thought that we would have a girl but was prepared to have a boy. It was a "WHAT?!?" moment for sure, lol. The only thing i was disappointed with was that the doctor didn't do the whole cheesy gender reveal at delivery "It's a BOY!" you know what I mean. He came out very fast, the doctor barely had time to catch him. He was shown to me and placed on my chest but i was so out of it and he was taken away so quickly (breathing difficulties due to meconium) that even if I saw what he was, it didn't even sink it. After about 10 minutes or so I kept saying "Is the baby alright?" And the nurse asked me if i even had the chance to see what i had. I said no and she replied "OH! You have a boy!"

*sigh*

.
We did not find out but my oldest had been saying she was getting a brother&sister from about 2 weeks before we found out I was pregnant.
She was right.
I was happy at the time they were born and actually was fist pumping on the delivery table...oh those epidurals make you do crazy things!
Now am I still happy I love that I got one of each for many reasons. Either was as long they were healthy I was ok. I am really excited that I got a little boy I would try for more but dh said no...we shall see.
For now 3 is a good number!

I found out Porter was a boy on 2/4/13.
He continued to be a boy.
I was a bit disappointed for about 5 minutes and then I was excited.
I cannot imagine life if he had been a girl. I love my little guy so much! I do hope that he has a little sister in a few years though.

We found out on Feb 4th that we were having a boy. I felt boy the whole time but I was wrong with both the girls so I tried not to stress on it. We were so excited when the tech said it was a boy. I didn't even need her to tell us, it was 100% he was all boy lol I did not have any gender disappointment. We were hoping for a boy to finish off our family since we are not having anymore.

Yeah there was no mistake in the anatomy scan he was a he

I can't remember the exact date. But we were first told we were having a boy. About 2 weeks later they told us we were having a girl. I was devastated when we found out we were having a boy. But once we found out we were having a girl I mourned the boy she wasn't. It was such a confusing time, I am so happy to have our Payson.

Lyndsey, while that may sound odd I completely understand. . How far were you when they said boy. I recall bit trusting my ultrasounds until about the fifth one at 30 some weeks when there could be no mistake
