So I, miracle of miracles, have off three straight days. With my schedule and with my husband in this big weight loss competition I haven't cooked a real meal in forever. I had planned to make a turkey breast, potatoes, stuffing, corn, etc. Tonight. Then I went shopping and got a great deal on some steaks and then got this new microwave baked potato cooker thing (I can't resist the prospect of a four minute perfect baked potato) now obviously neither of these options are particularly good for his diet. And Easton wouldn't eat either. So basically I will grill my husband some chicken and make which for myself???

Your dinner options sound delicious. Like super delicious. We're heading out tonight, and trying this seafood shack down the street from us. We drive past it several times a day, and the facebook reviews of it are all positive. So we figure why not try it? What's the worst that can happen? Food poisoning? LOL
