Ladies who make your own baby food - what are some things you make.

So far, I make
squash
sweet potatoes
bananas
apples
pears
avocado (OK - I really just cut that up)
carrots
peas

Out of convenience, I purchased some Gerber as back up. Ellianna loves the turkey and sweet potatoes mix as well as the chicken and veggie mix. I think she likes it better than what I make.

What are some things you ladies make? I think I need to be more adventerous.

Zack got boiled chicken and plain white rice tonight for dinner. He figured out how to get it from his hand to his mouth so he was having a good ol time

We didn't go this route this time. But we did with Everett and I made pretty much everything.

I admire all the mama's that make your own food. I barely have time to cook for the big people, no freaking way I can add another meal in there!

Ooh I just bought a beaba babyfood maker! I got it used from our local swap site for $60! Came with a baby/toddler cookbook and a few accessories for the machine. I'm excited to use it this weekend...Peyton hasn't done well with BLW, she gags a TON and was not doing well with bite size pieces of anything, so we started purees. She's really just not interested, but she swallows about 1 bite each time we try! lol I just don't produce baby's that like to eat I guess, Connor was never interested in food until he was about 1!!
