Do you meal plan?
If so how do you do it? Weekly, monthly, or something else?

Not really anymore, but I really want to get back into it. It all kind of fell apart when we moved and then Aidan was born and I didn't have the motivation to get back to it.

Yes, we meal plan religiously! We are on a very tight budget so it really helps keep our grocery bill in check. We do it every two weeks on payday.

We scour the pantry and fridge to figure out what we have, then hit the ads for sale prices and coupons. After we shop, I list all the meals we bought ingredients for. So I don't have set meals planned for specific days. So we just pick and choose what we feel like cooking that day.

I meal plan on a weekly basis. I used to have meals planned for specific days, but now I just make a list on the fridge of what meals we have planned and check them off as we eat them.

I don't but i need to. We rearranged our freezer the other night and we have alot more vension, fish, and green beans than we knew so I guess that will be planing meals based around those for a while.

I make a meal list of 7-10 meals and then make my grocery list off of that. I stop every week to two weeks.

Valerie we do it that way too. I write it on the calendar for specific days but I just cross it out after we make it.
