So I think I want to give BLW a try. I will admit, I am nervous about it. I don't want Gray to choke.

What were the first foods you offered your baby? What are some of their favorite things to eat?

And any tips/advice are welcomed

Zack has had scrambled eggs, blue berries, bananas, white rice, chicken and bread. He has gotten puréed sweet potatoes, carrots, peas and apple sauce but those will switch over when the puréed stuff is gone.

I would try something mushy that they can gnaw mushy bites off of, like sweet potato chunks or avocado sticks

Porter loves zucchini. And carrots and sweet potatoes. He also likes squash. Broccoli he was ok with. Lol. He loves chicken. And likes to make a big mess with avocado. He doesn't seem to care for bananas yet.

Thanks for the suggestions I did try some banana tonight. Grayson was digging it. I think when he gets the hang of it, he is going to be a good little eater.

I'm really loving not worrying about puréed foods. I was so into it with David and Katelynn. With Everett I did it for a little bit but then went straight to solid foods. Payson loves whatever we give her, I just just cut what we have for dinner in tiny pieces and she goes to town.
