So who else has not worn one since childbirth??? I wore one a few times and was getting a clogged milk duct. I changed over to tank tops with a shelp bra. I have not worn a real bra in like 8 months Not sure I can go back once I am done nursing.
I have to wear a bra. At home I just wear a nursing bra that is easy to feed him in. Sometimes a tank with a built in bra. Otherwise I have a nursing bra that is soft that I got that I wear out. Has a little more support than the ones I wear at home. And I have nursing friendly sports bras for gym days.
if i'm just at home i wear a sports/yoga type bra. if i'm going out i'll put on a nursing bra (so like twice a week). sometimes a tank w/ a built in bra will do but i always gotta have something, my girls are up to a DD thanks to nursing lol
I can't NOT wear a bra. A fact that my husband is grateful for, but is a pain in the patootie for me. I don't bother with nursing bras and I almost always wear low-cut shirts, so I just whip out the boob whenever necessary.
A few years ago I FINALLY found a bra that I like - at Walmart of all places. It fits me perfectly, is flattering, and really comfortable for an underwire. They went on clearance at one point ($9 each!!) and I stocked up on about $200 worth of them in black and nude. Best money spent on undergarments ever. Every 6 months or so, I dig a new one out of my giant box 'o bras, and toss out the old one. I hope they never stop making that particular brand because I loathe bra shopping.
