DH and I went to Istanbul, Turkey in 2012. We've talked about going back to Hawaii without the kids for our 10 year anniversary (next October), but I doubt we will. Once the kids are older, we'd love to travel with them to Europe.
Farthest I have been is Florida and California (I live in Texas smack dab in between). I've only ever been out of the country to Mexico. I can't wait for McKinley to be a little older so we can start going on awesome family trips. Once they are all grown, we plan to do some world traveling.
I've moved around a lot in my life, but only within the US and Canada. Furthest north - a few hours north of where I am now. Furthest south - Rocky Point, Mexico. Furthest east - Cocoa Beach, Florida. Furthest wet - Santa Cruise Island, California.
And about 25 places in between.
I would like to travel more with DH, we love travelling together. But I have so many other financial priorities right now, it's hard to imagine going far.
We went to Turkey and Greece for our honeymoon. We're already traveling with Arthur. We're planning a camping/roadtrip for next summer (2015), since we think Arthur will be old enough to sleep in a tent. Maybe when he's older we'll be able to take him to Europe.
