Was just wondering how many of you took till AF was 2 weeks late to finally get a BFP??? I heard this happens. I am 7 days late and have a lot of signs but still getting BFN's. and still no AF.
Was just curious! Any input would be appreciated.

Sorry, Lurking here. I didn't have the most regular periods, but my LMP was August 13, and I tested September 13 and September 20th and got BFN's. Still no period. On October 10th I tested again (I wasn't planning to until Oct 24th, but i was feeling...funny) and got a BFP! Once I had an u/s it looked like I O'd VERY late, like after the 20th, and that's why I didn't get a BFP till I had been about 3 1/2 weeks late.

I am one of those testing fools. I start testing at like 5 dpo sometimes.

But I did have a few cycles where I didn't get a BFP till 15 and even 17DPO.

BUT I do know that there are people who never get a + on a stick, but of course on the blood test.

So is a Blood test better than a HPT? I am 11 days late, not sure when I O'd but last AF was 44 days ago. I've never had a cycle past 33 days. I don't know if I should have my Dr. do a blood test on me today (since i'm going in) or if it may still not show up. After reading that some people had to wait 2 months to get a BFP, i'm wondering if i'm in the same boat.
