Any ever get a + HPT and a -OPK? I'm 17DPO and got a +HPT at 10DPO. As of today I still get a -OPK (almost white!). I read that this may be caused by a chromosomal abnomality.

Anyone had this happen and still have a positive outcome?

I read somewhere that not all women get a pos opk when pregnant and it doesn't mean anything...everyone is just different. I also know that OPKs are less sensitive than HPT s to that might be it too. Hope that helps.

I took an OPK when I was about 6 weeks just for fun and it was positive...I never tried it earlier.

I took one fairly early with my last pg (m/c) and it was positive, so this kind of concerns me.

I didn't have a positive OPK until I had a positive HPT.

I know, it's so hard not to read into everything since my m/c.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Just remember not every pregnancy is the same. I agree though with trying to stay away from OPKs and stick with the HPTs. H&H 9 months to you!
