Hello all,been TTC for the past 5 months. My AF has been kinda crazy since coming off of birth control. I finally got a pos on my OPK and I did the deed that day and 2 days prior. I got a pos result around 11:30 am that day and tried another OPK around 6 pm and it was neg, I was wondering did I miss my window.....

Nope. My surge lasts less than 24 hours. Supposedly you ovulate 12-48 hours after your first positive opk. Hope you caught that egg!
