I have been cooking a lot of these recipes in the last week and they are soo darn good!! I substitute the pastas with whole wheat pasta and rice or couscous with brown rice because of my blood sugar issues but they come out wonderfully!!!

I was looking for some more flavorful recipes and they offer so many!! Most of the recipes are VERY quick to make as well. You HAVE to love that.

I hope that some of you guys get some good use out of these too..

These do look good. I have been looking for reasonable calorie meals that are easy on my bloodsugar too. I'll keep in mind the substitutions. Thanks for the post! If you come across any more bloodsugar friendly meals, pass it on. I am trying hard to keep my bloodsugar in check for a healthier baby.
