October discussion possible spoilers

I think we said after 3 chapters we would start discussing, right? I haven't got the book yet, so I will be a little behind.

Where is everybody at in the book so far?

I have got to chapter 4. I read ALOT especially in bed with my insomnia and the 6 hours a week while travelling.

I am reading the hard cover edition and my first impression is wow, what a big font... it's gotta be at least 16pt, I think most books are only 10.

Finished the first chapter and I gotta say I really like Eleanor. She has such an awesome imagination! I bet that's going to be not so great later once things start to get creepy.

The first chapter was written VERY well and it set the whole theme of Elenor and gave you a little glimpse of the person you are going to meet. The place setting is good and I did get lost in the book as 3rd person.

Finished Chapter 2. Not sure what I think about Theodora yet. I keep picturing the house from Amityville Horror when they talk about how creepy the house is, but I know that isn't big enough.
