I had a u/s at 17 weeks...
We clearly saw a penis and a LOT of times!!!

BUT....

Since then I can't get off my mind "and if we made a mistake... and if he was a girl???"...
I'm really stressed about it..
It's our last one and I was SO HOPING for a boy, it's too good to be true...

If some of you have had a u/s at 16 - 17 weeks and saw that was a boy, would you mind posting a picture of these gender shots?
Just so I can say "alright there's no doubt!"
Because I've seen a lot of 19 - 20 week picture, but no 17 weeks gender scan...

thx...

Welcome to the MoB forum!!! I'm glad that you came and your welcome here anytime!!

Will you be getting another u/s?? I was told with my last one that I was having a girl (at 20 weeks) but a month later we had another u/s and found out that it was a boy. I had a feeling the whole time that I was having a girl, so I was a bit shocked. Mistakes can happen BUT it's normally more common to be told girl when it's a boy vs. the other way around.

I don't know if I'm gonna have another u/s...
my doc didn't say anything about it..

it's surprising that they made a mistake at 20 weeks for you! I thought that a 20w u/s was 100% accurate..

Ditto..it is more common to say that you are having a girl and hae them mess up. Rather than saying you are having a boy and have a girl. Boy parts are pretty prominent.
