A girlfriend of mine swears by not putting them in Pull-Ups at night, so they will wake up when they pee.

I have also been known to wake them up once or twice at night to take them to the bathroom. You can also try cutting him off from liquids after 6PM or so.

I never put my kids in pull ups for potty training. What worked for all my boys was cutting off ALL liquids at least 3 hours before bed, and even then all they got was a half a cup of something. then I would make them go potty right before bed and sometimes I would even wake them up right before I go to bed and have them go again. That one you have to help them with as they are usualyl dead asleep but it worked for me..three times!

I agree with this. My son was a little over 3 when he was fully trained, but it never failed. If we put him in a pull-up he would wake up wet. When I took the pull-ups away, he was always dry.
