Mmm Pumpkin roll! My grandma made them every year as a gift around thanksgiving/christmas and I just LOVED them and only recently did she share her recipe to make it lol. So now I make them every year! They are delish!
We always carve pumpkins and always bake the seeds!
I love most everything pumpkin... muffins, rolls, loaves. Yum!
No, we don't carve them. My oldest is very much a DIY kid. The only problem with that is he isn't even 4 yet. Once he or the 2 yr old know pumpkins can be cut they will find a way to try to do it themsleves.
I think next year we will roast the seeds and eat them. This year it goes along with finding out you can cut a pumpkin.
