I'd just do it, but how would your DH feel if you got Riley a little Chef's outfit to go with it and whatever other paraphernalia he might like to "play restaurant" with? At least two of the boys who my adult kids played with when they were Riley and my ds2's age went to Culinary School and they seem to be making good money without a whole lot of student loan debt, enjoying their work, staying out of trouble, and generally doing well in life.
Let's face it, we all eat out a lot more than our parents did, especially two income families and single parents working more than one job; many of the people who cook our meals for us are men and at good restaurants they care about their careers and deserve our respect. If they're good at their work, we don't mind paying them well for the pleasure they give us and the health benefits of proper nutrition.
