who else is dealing with m/s? any tips?

it is kicking my butt! i am only throwing up in the morning but am nauseous 24/7. i tried peppermints - gag. lemon candy seems to be helping a bit. small frequent meals of course. saltines with me at all times. i also started taking 50 mg B6. if it doesn't ease up, i may have to call my OB. i don't like to take meds, but i know a lot of people have success with zofran, with no effects on the baby. i just need to make it through the work day! it was bad with DS, but that was over 4 years ago, so i don't even remember if it was this bad.

I haven't yet, but I'm sure it's coming. I've never had a pregnancy without it and was sick the entire time with #1 and #3. I was on Zofran with #1 that was the only thing that helped. I wasn't on anything with #4 though. I just sucked on lemon candy like crazy.

I've had pretty bad nausea with all my children but the only time I threw up during pregnancy was when I had the flu with my daughter (before I even got a +). I don't vomit easily.

They have these sucker things that I tried with my first pregnancy that I LOVED. They taste so good and really helped. B-Natal Morning Sickness Candy

But I think that any citrusy candy will have the same effect.

I'm thinking I might call and see how much b6 I can take. Morning sickness hit me last night when I went to bed. I never had it with my daughter so I was a little shocked when it hit.

I've never had a pregnancy that was m/s free either... #1 & #3 I was sick the whole time. #2 I was sick till about 16-18 weeks, then again the last 6 weeks. I'm nauseous all the time right now, I haven't been sick but a couple times. I just take it as a sign that everything is OK. I try my best to put peppermint essential oil on the bottom of my feet, drink lemonade, and eat small meals. I find eating fruit eases the m/s a bit.
