I'm full of questions for this Monday morning!!!

How much water are you drinking?
Are you normally a water drinker or are you trying more since being pregnant?
What else are you drinking?

i'm normally a great water drinker - 10 cups/day. but i've had a hard time drinking enough with this awful m/s. i've also been trying to stomach gingerale at the advice of my OB since it's supposed to help.

I've really upped my water in take the last couple of months so it's not so bad now that i'm pregnant. I'm waiting for the nausea to kick in though because I don't normally like water while throwing up. Ick.

I'm normally not a great water drinking but have definitely upped my water intake since finding out I was pregnant. I still drink 1 diet pepsi a day, sometimes a glass of milk, and the rest of the day it's all water.

How much water are you drinking? The other day when I counted it was 18 cups! But I would say I drink about 4 more cups on average. I've been super thirsty this past week.
Are you normally a water drinker or are you trying more since being pregnant? I normally drink about 12 cups a day
What else are you drinking? milk occasionally, I really only drink water, occasional soda.

I've definitely been making sure to drink more water because I also have been having some m/s kick my butt and gum and water seem to tame it. Idk how much I've been drinking but my 30x to the bathroom in a day probably says its enough water! I use to drink not necessarily a ton of soda but I've cut back a bunch and hardly have had any recently.

My usual fluid intake is extremely low... typically 20 oz of coffee in the am, maybe a 12 oz soda, or maybe nothing at lunch, and 3 glasses of wine or beer or 1 martini (pre pregnancy) at night.

Now I am trying really hard to get in 2 twenty oz bottles of water/day, still drinking my 20 oz coffee, and maybe a non alcoholic beer at night. I know all of that sounds terrible, I guess I must get my fluids from my foods.

I've always been a big water drinking. I drink 2L-3L a day sometimes more if I've gone running. People made fun of me long before I was pregnant about how often I was running to the washroom to pee, so at least thats not a tell tale sign this time

I also drink a caffeinated tea in the morning and sometimes another tea in the afternoon, but thats it. I dont drink milk but eat lots of cheese and yogurt. Not a pop drinker.

Babies- you're drinking 20 oz of coffee still? Coffee has been hard for me to give up. Have you talked to your dr about it? Oh coffee, how I miss you.
