Sunrise I am right there with you. I almost with I could throw up so I can feel some relief. I am extremely nauseous. I hiccup my food back up my throat for hours after I eat. I've hardly eaten the past few days and but I constantly feel stuffed. I am most nauseous in the morning and at night. I don't know how people get through worse than what I've got. Crackers help. Peppermint candy really helps but I only have a small candy cane here at my desk. Going to go buy some peppermint candies tonight. It works for a temporary amount of time though.
