Nothing yet - I'm feeling a little unsteady with this one. Not a lot of MS but just random dizziness. I hope to start walking again soon.

I'm a runner and have run during all my pregnancies. My first pregnancy I didnt run more than about 10k and stopped fairly soon after the first trimester. My second pregnancy I was in better shape and ran up 20k. This pregnancy is kicking my butt in the energy department so I'm back down at about 10k max. Either way my Dr. says he has no problem with any long distance running as I have been doing it for quite a while, just dont get dehydrated and dont sprint so your out of breath.

I also do the exercise bike occasionally in the morning if I cant get a run in and I try to do weights but I really hate them and tend to find lots of excuses not too!

Oh this makes me feel better! Not that I am anywhere running a 10k lol BUT.. I do love to run and someone told me I should stop now that I am pregnant. It freaked me out a bit and so I cut it way back to just doing intervals of running and walking. Since I stopped my regular routine I've already lost a lot of endurance!
But now I'll try at least running 1 mile since that is half of what I use to do every night.

This is an important question for my Dr tomorrow. Up until I tested yesterday I was in the gym 6 days a week lifting weights and doing cardio. I've been training hard and really want to keep up with some of it!!

I am doing pretty sad versions of step, turbokick, and weightlifting. No more jumping, all the low impact options, light weight. Hoping to get my energy back soon. Used to go 5-6 days a week and now I'm about 3-4.

Totally working out! I don't seem to have morning sickness (yet) just I'm hungry all the time. I was upping my cardio and strength when I found out about little bean so I may just stay steady as long as I can. Due to it being almost 100% certain I'll have G/B I need to stay steady on the routine so that I can control my sugars (w/o gaining a ton of weight!)
