I have cooked for the entire family (FH, me, both sets of parents, siblings, etc) for the last two years. We had already decided that with the stress of our wedding in January that I would take this year off. I'm glad now because I just don't think I'd have it in me to cook for 2-3 days straight.

I think what we're going to do is order dinner from a local restaurant to be reheated on the day of. One place does fantastic chicken and dressing. FFIL wants BBQ and sides, and my brother wants a Honeybaked Ham. So, it will definately not be traditional and we are not hosting it at my house this year. So yay! Maybe next year. The only thing I regret about not hosting this year is that I would love to have everyone in the same room to make a baby announcement. Oh well.
