I'm another who doesn't drink coffee, but I'm trying to cut out all soda.... I just recently heard that anything carbonated pulls calcium out of your bones/body, and I'm trying to hard to get enough calcium into me this pregnancy, that I'm *trying* to avoid counteracting it, lol. It is tough though, and I'm only a once or twice a week soda drinker...
This is my third time become quickly addicted to water with lemon/limes in it... my last two I couldn't get enough zest in the water, but this time I'm okay with just a squirt and a few slices in my glass, lol.
I dont't drink coffee but I love diet coke. I have cut back a lot. I will allow myself a small glass if I really want it but I usually only have that a 2/3 times a week. I am going to have to try to find diet coke with splenda because that would make me feel better about having it at all.
