We keep our house at 61. yes....61

I wake up sweating if its 65.

DH and I have both been that way since forever. In the summer our air conditioner usually keeps up to keep it 67-69. Last summer, I remember it was a hot day....the air wouldn't keep it below 75.... I laid on the floor naked because I was so so hot.

What am I going to do when I'm 9 months pregnant in July? lol

What am I going to do when a baby can't be in a 61 degree house? lol

I will be such a hag....lol

wow that is cold!!! i'm the opposite - always freezing. we keep our heat at 68, and i sleep in fleece PJs with a thick comforter! in the summer, we only have window a/c units which only cool to about 75. even then, i sometimes wear layers, lol.

i'm the weird pregnant lady who stays cold throughout pregnancy. i was always freezing with DS, even at the very end (granted, it was feb).

I don't even know what that's like....lol

I know that we should start turning it up now to get used to it....or we'll both be miserable when the baby comes and we HAVE to turn it up.....

That is chilly!!!! I am the opposite too I am always cold but in the winter we never turn our heat on (we live in Texas) But we usually let our house get in the high 50s before we turn the heat on. So we will have to get used to using our heater again.

It will be crazy hot here in July too haha usually around 100. . .

we use a wood stove for heat so there is really no way of keeping it a happy medium. we have a propane heater as well, but we barely use it. it gets so hot in here sometimes i have to open the windows in the winter and it gets pretty cold here. so we don't usually even start a fire unless it's less than 40 degrees outside. im glad i can start my pregnancy in the winter, because when you're feeling nauseous stepping outside into the cold can really help. of course it's been a record warm december (in the 40's today).

When I was pregnant with J (during the winter) I had my classroom at like 60 and all the kids wanted their coats and I was in short sleeves. I was an oven at that point.

I seem to be all over the place. In the winter we keep the thermostat at 70 and I still manage to be freezing. At night is a whole different story. I sleep naked with a sheet and I still get hot. By the time July rolls around we will have been in Hawaii for 3 months. I am hoping that I can acclimate by then!
